Firefighters
BFD maintains a roster of firefighters that give generously of their time to staff the fire station. Our firefighters often come to us with certifications from well known fire schools and may have experience in other departments. Many of our firefighters are also involved in EMS, 911 dispatch, wildfire, search and rescue, and even Canada Task Force 2. Conversely, other members join the department from outside the fire industry and are trained in house by the department.
